About Me
Hi, my name is Erin.
I am a mum of three primary school aged children and an avid Collingwood supporter (don’t hold it against me!). I enjoy playing netball, listening to acoustic live music and spending time with family and friends. My favourite pastime is camping. I enjoy everything about it! From visiting new places, sitting in front of a roaring hot campfire and being in the great outdoors….it’s bliss.
I have a Bachelor of Education and am a MSL (Multisensory Structured Language) certified educator. I have worked as a classroom teacher for over 20 years at 3 local primary schools. I have taught Prep – 6 throughout this time. In addition to working as a classroom teacher, I have also most recently been a learning support educator. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with multiple children with additional needs, including children with ASD, ADHD and intellectual disabilities. I pride myself on my ability to build a strong rapport with all students and enjoy embracing their interests and natural sense of curiosity.
